Built on Microsoft’s .NET and SQL Server technologies, OrderLogix™ Commerce Edition and OrderLogix™ Call Center Edition are versatile, web-based applications. Using an n-Tier architecture, our products are designed with distinct layers that communicate together and provide robust, scalable and secure online applications that make order management easy.

Security

OrderLogix technology complies with PCI Level I Service Provider standards for transaction and cardholder data security. Additionally, sensitive data, including credit cards and passwords, are masked and encrypted to protect them from hacking attempts.

For security within your business, OrderLogix uses a roles- and permissions-based system that ensures only authorized employees have access to menus and functionality. Modifications to existing orders are logged with user identification, date and time stamp, and reason codes with comments, all of which can appear in your reports for later analysis.

Deployment Options

The OrderLogix platform is available as either a SaaS (on-demand) solution, or an on-premise version. Both are robust applications that enable secure and reliable access from any broadband internet connection, without consuming a lot of bandwidth.
