OrderLogix offers several options for training to help you get up and running quickly. Our training helps you understand the features of OrderLogix Commerce Edition and OrderLogix Call Center Edition, and reduce the implementation time for your organization.

“Train The Trainer”

Our “train the trainer” modules allow companies to put together their own in-house training departments for teaching employees how to use our software. In addition to basic operating principles of the applications, modules include training on common industry techniques for “sales process” and customer service “save the sale” techniques.

Custom Training Package

We also offer customized end-user training for all areas of OrderLogix functionality (see table). This training is offered directly by experienced instructors working through online desktop sharing software and is delivered as an online “web conference”
