Pay As You Go Model
OrderLogix uses a pay as you go model that allows you to control costs based on your actual usage. We combine a fixed monthly hosting fee with a fixed per order transaction fee for the number of new orders entered every month. This is beneficial for your organization since you only are required to pay for the actual volume of orders entered, rather than paying a flat rate for a bundle of services that you may not fully use.

Billing & Contracts
Do You require a long term contract?
All paid plans except Call Center are month-to-month. Call Center contracts are annual, with the option to pay monthly, but a 12-month commitment.
Are there setup or implementation fees?
No. We don’t charge for setup or implementation on any plan.
Are there setup fees for EDI or SMTP setup and testing?
Yes. EDI, SMTP, REST API and other Connections requires a one-time setup and testing fee, varying per connection, depending on complexity.
Are there other costs outside of the monthly subscription?
Additional costs are usually one-time setup fees for REST API, EDI, SFTP, or AS2 connections, and optional custom work such as programming or managed services, billed hourly.
Onboarding & Setup
How long does onboarding take?
Most accounts are live in a few days. More complex operations may take longer.
Do I need developers or custom code for setup?
No. All configuration is done through the interface. Payment gateways, warehouses, vendors, 3PLs, routing rules, and automations can be set up without custom development.
How are onboarding services provided?
Our onboarding team supports you through virtual meetings, email, or phone. All services are flexible, included at no extra cost, and designed to get you live as quickly as possible.
How does onboarding work for large and complex organizations?
We support every aspect of enterprise operations—rules, syncs, shipping logic, carriers, warehouses, vendors, 3PLs, and more. Enterprise plans also include dedicated onboarding and a named Customer Success Manager.
Standard Plan
Can I upgrade to Commerce or Call Center Editions?
Yes, absolutely. We hope we can help all our customers grow and take advantage of the technology we offer.
Can I downgrade to the Standard Plan after upgrading?
Yes. However, you will have fewer features and will have to keep all your campaigns under one client.
Orders & Usage
What counts as an order?
Any order synced into, or created in OrderLogix from any sales channel, is counted as an order toward your monthly plan.
Can I upgrade if I expect higher volume?
Yes. Just upgrade your account in advance—either through billing or by contacting your Customer Success Manager—to avoid any overages during peak times.
