Service Definitions
Campaign Set Up Services
OrderLogix Managed Services staff will conduct an initial discovery call with client to begin the data collection process to acquire all the information required to complete the campaign set-up. The client will be provided with a campaign data intake spreadsheet that they will be responsible for completing and returning to OrderLogix. OLX staff will review the completed data intake sheet and get clarification as needed. Based on this information, OrderLogix will prepare a scope of work to be approved by the client. As part of the set-up process, OrderLogix will create a series of test orders in the system to replicate scenarios approved by the client. The client will be responsible for reviewing the test scenario results and accepting the work as completed.
This work is completed on an hourly fee basis and client will be invoiced for actual time spent on these services for the client.
Modifications can be requested at any time by the client. Requests must be in writing and a scope of work will be provided to the client. Any changes will result in a need to repeat the creation of orders in the system based on new test scenarios and the client will be required to review the results and accept the work as completed for each modification. Any additional work that is requested beyond the original scope of work will be invoiced at our regular managed services hourly rate.
Processing Services
OrderLogix Managed Services staff will conduct an initial discovery call with client to begin the data collection process to fully understand and prepare a scope of work to provide processing services. A Work Flow Diagram and Processing Procedures Manual will be prepared to illustrate and detail the processing requirements for each campaign that OrderLogix is being contracted to provide processing services for. The workflow and specific steps will be documented and approved by the client for each campaign. Any changes will be requested by the client in writing and will result in an update/revision to the Work Flow Diagram and Processing Procedures Manual.
OrderLogix will provide daily reports to client detailing the results of each processing day’s activity. Reports will be emailed to the address (or addresses) provided by the client.
This work is completed on an hourly fee basis and client will be invoiced for actual time spent on these services for the client.
Training Services
OrderLogix Managed Services staff will conduct an initial discovery call with client to fully understand and prepare a scope of work to provide training services. OLX staff will prepare a training curriculum and written cost estimate and submit to the client for approval.
A training schedule and timeline will be distributed to the client, and all identified trainees. The client will be responsible for distributing the schedule to additional trainees they want to have participate in scheduled training and notifying OrderLogix of any additional trainees.
OrderLogix will report attendance results and make client aware of any issues that may have any adverse-effect on the training results.
This work is completed on an hourly fee basis and client will be invoiced for actual time spent on these services for the client.
System Audit
OrderLogix Managed Services staff will conduct an initial discovery call with the client to determine the areas of concern for the client and the focus of the audit. OLX staff will prepare a scope of work and written cost estimates to complete this work.
This audit is designed to evaluate how data was set-up in the system compared to ‘best practices’ and/or specific set-up requirements and protocols.
Upon completion, a report of findings and recommendations will be provided to the client. OrderLogix staff will schedule a call to review these findings and recommendations with the client and answer any questions.
If the client determines they want OrderLogix to make modifications in their instance of the OrderLogix application, a new scope of work will be prepared to detail the modifications and the client will need to approve the scope of work.
This work is completed on an hourly fee basis and client will be invoiced for actual time spent on these services for the client.
Data Migration Services
OrderLogix Managed Services staff will conduct an initial discovery call with client to begin the data collection process to fully understand and prepare a scope of work to complete a migration of customer and order data from one database source into OrderLogix. A sample of the current data set will be required and a client determination of how much of the data they want to migrate into OrderLogix from the source database. A Scope of Work will be prepared and approved by the client for this project. Any changes will be requested by the client in writing and will result in an update/revision to the Scope of Work.
This work will be invoiced on an either an hourly or project basis that will be determined at the time that the estimate is approved by the client.
Custom Programming Services
Initial requests for custom programing services will be submitted by the client and include a general outline of the intended project. This should include;
- The type/area of work (report, feature, functionality, integration, etc.).
- A statement regarding the goals for the project, including desired outcomes.
- A list of the key stakeholders we will be working with.
Following receipt of the request, OrderLogix Managed Services staff will conduct a discovery call with the client and key stakeholders to begin the data collection process to fully understand the project and develop a scope of work to complete the project. An official Scope of Work, including milestones, will be prepared and approved by the client for this project. Any changes will be requested by the client in writing and will result in an update/revision to the Scope of Work.
This work will be invoiced on either an hourly or project basis that will be determined at the time that the estimate is approved by the client.
