OrderLogix Order Management software now supports payments using Stripe tokenization.
Scarborough, ME –July 13, 2017– OrderLogix, the leading provider of advanced, business-to-consumer Order Management Solutions, today announced a new integration with Stripe payments gateway to process customer orders. The Stripe payments platform is used globally and supports more than 130 currencies. The gateway tokenizes payment information that is then used to initiate a charge or create a payment subscription. While we call this a Token for our purposes, this value is really a ‘Customer ID’ in Stripe’s system. Customer objects are created in Stripe to allow merchants to perform recurring charges or future billings that are associated to the same customer. Once this Customer ID is provided to OrderLogix, we can use this value instead of a credit card.
