Based on item status changes for a customer’s order in the OrderLogix order management system, the customer can be enrolled in different Email mailings. This is done by associating Constant Contact® mailing lists with the contacts from certain campaigns in OrderLogix.
Mailing lists will be created in order to group together lists of contacts who should be sent a specific Email campaign.
ConstantContactGears2Contacts in Constant Contact® become synonymous with Customer records in OrderLogix®. New contacts created in OrderLogix® will be created in Constant Contact®. Contacts that have changed in OrderLogix® will be updated in Constant Contact®.
